Every Wednesday in July and August on the Plaza at Head-Smashed-In Interpretive Centre Performances at 11 am & 1:30 pm Special Dance Performances in July, at our annual “Multi-Cultural Birthday Bash” to celebrate the anniversary of the 1987 opening of the Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump Interpretive Centre. See the “Special Events” link for exact date each year. The Centre was officially opened in 1987 by the Duke and Duchess of York and the event is commemorated each year with special events.
